CA Immo Czech Republic

CA Immo is a real estate Group in Central European capitals, with headquarters in Vienna and local branch offices in five countries in the CE region. Its core business is leasing and management of its own portfolio properties, as well as the development of high-quality office buildings. CA Immo either transfers completed projects to its portfolio or sells them to investors. The Group, which controls a high quality real estate portfolio in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe, covers the entire value chain in the field of commercial real estate. Founded in 1987, the parent Group CA Immobilien Anlagen AG shares have been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1988.

The Czech Republic is one of the core markets of CA Immo. The CA Immo office buildings in Prague impress with their prime locations, visibility and the advanced infrastructure including accessibility to public transportation, retail and parks. When passing through Prague’s Karlín district, it is impossible to overlook the modern Danube House, Nile House and Amazon Court office buildings on the embankment of the Vltava River, which are part of the CA Immo portfolio in the Czech Republic.

“Our logo includes the term ‘Urban Benchmarks’. Our ambition is to create urban structures which positively influence the appearance of the locations in which we operate. And the River City Prague complex is a good example of this.” Václav Jonáš (Head of CA Immo Czech Republic).
